Freshdesk is super user friendly!

Freshdesk is a great system. It has helped our small business stay organized with our customer requests and inquiries. It is also super user friendly. Very satisfied with the customer service as well. I would recommend freshdesk to any business.

For lack of a better description, Freshdesk is a breath of fresh air in the world of online helpdesk systems. As one of its first customers, we were very satisfied with Freshdesk, and with the responsiveness of the team behind it. So much so that we've brought our friends at Volonet on board, who now use it every day for all of their customer service needs.

A simple to use, flexible platform

Twongo has been through many so called “help desk solutions” but Freshdesk is by far the best! We are happy to say that Freshdesk has replaced them all and provided a simple to use, flexible platform to support our customers as well as our internal issues with ease. We really appreciate the hard work the Freshdesk developers and the entire support team provides as well as the quick responses to questions and problems. They MUST be using Freshdesk!

A really wonderful support application

Freshdesk is a really wonderful support application that has been helping my free hosting website (bubble.nu) to connect with my clients and possible clients and resolve problems as they arise.

There is nothing on the market to match it

Freshdesk has a stunning look and feel and requires no training to get agents up and running. It is an absolute pleasure to use and has been designed with the customer in mind. First impressions are excellent and there is nothing on the market to match it (even the high cost solutions).
