After you signup you get access to all the features of Freshdesk for 30 days. We want to make sure that you can get Freshdesk working to your satisfaction before we ask you for your credit card.
All Freshdesk plans are priced per agent per month. An agent is a support team member (Support Rep) who logs calls from customers as tickets and/or works on resolving those tickets.
We take security seriously. Our Servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches.Our data-center is EU safe harbor compliant and all Freshdesk plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
No. Freshdesk is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Yes. Freshdesk is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on the My Account link to find options to change your plan.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept Purchase Orders or accept an order over the phone.
